Andrew Kishore was a legendary Bangladeshi playback singer whose deep, soulful voice made him one of the most cherished figures in the Bangladeshi music industry. Born on November 4, 1955, in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, Kishore began his musical journey at a young age, showing an affinity for music that would later evolve into a career spanning several decades. Known as the "Playback King" of Bangladesh, he captivated audiences with his versatility, vocal power, and emotive performances, which earned him numerous accolades and a lasting place in the country's cultural landscape.


Kishore's breakthrough came in the 1970s when he started singing for Bangladeshi films, and he quickly rose to prominence due to his distinctive voice that resonated with listeners of all ages. He collaborated with many of the top music directors, lyricists, and composers of his time, lending his voice to songs that have since become timeless classics in Bangladeshi cinema.
